Q: Are you able to ship products to me once I have placed an order?
A: We will not be able to ship any orders through our curbside program and all orders must be picked up at the distillery.
Q: When can I pick my order up at the distillery?
A: Pick-up times may vary from week to week. The next available pick-up time will appear on your order confirmation.
Q: Where do I pick-up my items:
A: All pick-ups will be in front of Old Forester Distilling Co. at 119 W. Main Street, Louisville, KY.
Q: What do I do when I arrive to pick-up my items?
A: Upon arrival, please pull into one of the designated curbside parking spaces, put your vehicle in park, turn off the ignition, and remain in your vehicle. A member of the Old Forester team will check your ID and deliver your items. We ask that you please allow us to place the items in the trunk of your automobile.
Q: What happens if I am unable to pick-up my order by 4pm?
A: You will be contacted to see if arrangements can be made for pick-up at a later date. If an alternate pick-up date cannot be determined, the order will be cancelled and the credit card refunded.
Q: What do I need to bring in order to receive my items?
A: A valid government issued photo ID with proof of age and to confirm identity and a copy of the reservation confirmation email.
Q: When I arrive to pick-up my items, can I purchase additional items from the gift shop?
A: If there are additional items available on your designated pick-up date, a member of the Old Forester team will inform you of those offerings upon arrival at the distillery.
Q: Can someone else pick up my order?
A: Orders are non-transferrable. In order to verify age we require the individual who places the order to also pick-up. A valid government issued photo ID with proof of age will be required at that time.

Q: How many bottles may I purchase?
A: Kentucky Law allows us to sell 4.5L to a Purchaser at a time. Additional restrictions may be placed on speciality bottles.
Q: Can I return any of the items purchased?
A: Cancellations can be made at any time. Once items have been delivered curbside, all sales are final.
